A: Yes, it does. We operate under Government License Number 1751. We are authorized to organize, operate, and conduct tourism business with clients throughout Egypt..
A: The issue of safety and security is front and center in our business. The Egyptian government and the entire tourism industry in Egypt are fully aware of the seriousness of this issue. With the Tourism Police units, Police-escorted van and bus convoys, and Police-protected hotels, the tourist can feel safe and secure throughout the entire trip.

A: You can be assured that your safety and security is our utmost concern and priority. We at Moustafa Egypt Tours choose brand new late year models of vans and buses to avoid mechanical problems on the road. Any time we have more than 10 vehicles on the road we have a standby van ready to move in to take the place of any disabled vehicle. Every time we have more than 8 clients in a van or bus, we usually will have an armed policeman in the van from the start of the tour until the end. Security is provided to our tours by the Egyptian Police Authorities at the same level of security as given to cruise ship tours. No special treatment is provided to other operators beyond our own. All our drivers are licensed by the Ministry of Tourism. Every year, each driver has to attend safety courses and pass a national examination to renew their license. All drivers are also subjected to random tests for drugs and alcohol. Our staff spends the night before client pick-up in hotels at the pick-up location. This is to ensure that they are fresh and ready to meet and provide the utmost service and safety to our clients. So you can go ahead and enjoy your tour without worry.

A: No. Most Optional tours can be reserved on the spot, except for the Nile River Cruise, it is better to inform us in advance.

A: These cruises are known to offer one of the most luxurious dinner cruises on the Nile with the best service. The food and the entertainment (belly dancers, twirling dervishes and singers) are known to be excellent. The itinerary includes: sailing for 2 hours, open lunch or dinner buffet, an ortiental entertainment program, and return transfer.

A: Inaugurated in 1961, the sound and light show at the pyramids is an enchanting experience. The show makes the ancient times come alive through sound, light, and music describing the history of the Pyramids and the glory of the Pharaohs, including the history of great and famous Pharaohs of ancient Egypt such as Thutmosis IV, Akhnaten, Nefertiti and Tut Ankh Amon. The show lasts about 45 minutes. Bring a sweater. It can get cool at night.

A: Yes. This option is available except on Sundays. The reason for that is that the Sound & Light Show starts late that night at 9:30 pm.

A: The museum is located right beside the Great Pyramid and houses the Solar Boat of Cheops (or Khufu). The boat is most beautiful. Stretching almost 150 feet in length, some of the boat's timbers are made from whole cedars of Lebanon. The prow sweeps upward, with a papyrus end, while the bow curves inward and is tipped with a magnificently carved papyrus blossom. There are hand carved oars and ropes that might have been made today. The boat's state of preservation is remarkable. It must be the most fantastic find since Tutankhamen's tomb.

A: At the Pharaonic Village, visitors sail on comfortable motorized barges down a network of canals and view incredibly accurate tableaux of the recreation of ancient Egyptian life.

A: The Mummies Room contains mummies of some pharaohs of the 18 to 20th Dynasty found in Thebes. The first group was found in Deir el Bahari cachette and these consist of the mummies of: Seqenenre, Ahmose I, Amenhotep I, Tuthmosis I, Tuthmosis II, Tuthmosis III, Seti I, Ramses II, Ramses III. The other group was found in the tomb of Amenhotep II, consisting of the mummies of: Amenhotep II, Tuthmosis IV, Amenhotep III, Merenptah, Seti II, Siptah, Ramses IV, Ramses V, Ramses VI, (and three women and a child.) .

A: Visitors should be aware that, on any one visit to Egypt, one will not be allowed to go inside all of the Giza Pyramids. Though they may all be easily seen, at any one time, the internal structure of one of the three major pyramids at Giza will be closed to the public for preservation. Furthermore, when it is open, the number of people that can enter the Great Pyramid of Khufu, will be limited to 100 visitors in the morning (starting at 8:00 am) and an additional 100 in the afternoon (starting at 1:00 pm). Also one should realize that climbing about inside of the pyramids can be difficult for some. Many of them are not exactly visitor friendly.
